1 small can mandarin orange segments
1 small can of diced pineapple
1 c miniature marshmallows
1/2 c of finely shredded coconut
1 c sour cream
1/2 c maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 c pecans, chopped
Drain the juice from canned fruit. Pour drained fruit into a large bowl, add sour cream, marshmallows, coconut., cherries and pecans. Mix well. Let marinate overnight in refrigerator for best results.
Time: 8 hours Serves: 6
I was skeptical when I first made this salad. It just didn't taste right. But something magical happens when it marinates overnight. The next day it was delicious!!
