Vegetable oil, for frying
2 c flour
1 1/2 t paprika
1/2 t majoram
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t allspice
1 c buttermilk
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 lb chicken breast tenderloins
Salt and pepper
Heat 1 1/2 inches vegetable oil in a deep skiller over medium high heat (350 - 375 degrees).
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Mix flour with spices. Dip chicken in flour mixture, then buttermilk and then the flour mixture again.
Cook chicken 6 minutes on each side, until deep golden brown and firm. Drain chicken on paper towels and serrve.
