Godiva Hazelnut Ganache - GF
3/4 c hazelnuts (about 3 oz), toasted
1/2 c heavy cream
1 T unsalted butter
1 T granulated sugar
3 bars (1.5 oz each) Godiva Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
 
Bring the cream to a boil. Add the chocolate and mix till melted. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Remove from heat and let ganache come to room temperature.

Time: 10 minutes   Fills: 3-layer cake
