Redhouse on the River Potatoes - GF
1 lb new red potatoes, wedged
3 T olive oil
1 t dried rosemary
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 t garlic powder
 
Toss the potatoes with the oil and spices. Put the potatoes in heavy duty foil and put on a medium-heat grill for 30 minutes till golden.

Time: 45 minutes   Serves: 4

This is a great side when you are grilling meat. You can just throw it on the grill and not worry about it. This recipe came from Retro Barbecue by Linda Everett, published in 2002 by Collectors Press.
