Peanut Butter Balls

1 2/3 c graham cracker crumbs (1 sleeve)

2 c confectioners’

1 c peanut butter

1 c butter

18 oz semisweet chocolate chips

 

Combine crumbs and sugar. Melt butter with peanut butter. Stir in crumb mixture. Form dough into 1” balls and chill. Melt chocolate and coat chilled balls. Place on wax paper to harden. Store tightly covered.

 

 

Time: 1 hour   Makes: 7-8 dozen
