Cherry Pecan Frosting - GF
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese 
1/2 c butter, softened 
6 c powdered sugar 
1 c maraschino cherries, drained and chopped 
1 c chopped pecans, toasted 
1 c sweetened flaked coconut

Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, beating until blended. Stir in chopped maraschino cherries, chopped pecans, and coconut.

Time: 20 minutes   Frosts: 1 9" two-layer cake

This frosting is amazing!!!
