Cake Balls

1 batch of cooked cake rounds (8-9")
16 oz frosting
Almond bark (chocoalte or vanilla)
Sprinkles

Bake the cake according to the directions. Cool completely. Break cake into fine crumbs. Thoroughly mix the frosting into the crumbs. Form mixture into 1 or 2" balls. Refrigerate balls overnight.

Melt almond bark. Roll balls in melted almond bark. Decorate. Refrigerate up to two weeks.

Time: Overnight  Makes: 30 balls depending on size

These are my new favorite. They are delectable! They are pictured below in white and chocolate with the Necco hearts on top.
