Cornbread Salad I
8x8 pan of cooked cornbread, crumbled 
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
5-ounce green olives with pimentos, rinsed and chopped 
2/3 cup green onions, chopped
3/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
          10 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
          1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
          1 tsp sage
          Pepper to taste

          In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate of at least 3 hours.

          Time: 1 hour   Serves: 12
 
         
I am calling this Cornbread Salad I because I am on a quest to recreate a recipe that I had at a social function. 
          This didn't quite hit it, but it was still very good.
