18 corn tortillas (6”)
4 c cooked chicken (can be a store-bought rotisserie chicken)
8 oz chopped green chiles
3 c green salsa
2-3 c sour cream
12 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam and layer 6 tortillas, 1 1/3 c chicken, 1/3 of the chiles, 1 cup salsa, 1/3 of the sour cream and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat twice. Bake till the top is browned and bubbling, 30 to 40 minutes.

This is a quick and relatively nutritious meal. It tastes better the next day too! You can very the amount of sour cream depending on your tastes. Our family puts sour ceam on just about everything so we used the full 3 cups.
