Truffle Brownies

2 sticks unsalted butter
10 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 c light brown sugar, packed
1 c all-purpose flour
1/4 t salt
4 large eggs
2 t vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with foil and coat the foil with unsalted butter. Melt 2 sticks of butter in a saucepan and place the chocolate in the melted butter. Stir till chocolate is melted and set aside. Mix the flour, salt and sugar. Add eggs one at a time stirring after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add chocolate mixture and mix. Pour into prepared pan and cook till firm (about 30 minutes). Do not overbake. Cool completely and then refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares and wrap each brownie in plastic wrap.
