1 lb cranberries, ground
1 ½ c white sugar
1 lb seedless red grapes, halved
1 package miniature marshmallows
1 c pecans, chopped
2 ½ pints heavy cream, whipped
In a medium bowl, mix cranberries and sugar. Whip the heavy cream. Add grapes, pecans and marshmallows to the cranberry mixture. Fold in the whipped cream. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Time: Overnight Serves: 12
My mother-in-law made this for Thanksgiving this year. It is yummy! The best part about it is that it has to be made the night before.
