2 peaches, halved and pitted
1/4 c dried tropical mixed fruit
1/8 c slivered almonds, toasted
1 T graham cracker crumbs
1 T brown sugar
1/8 t ground allspice
6 oz peach nectar
1/4 c vanilla yogurt, divided
Preheat oven to 350°.
Remove pit. Combine dried fruit, toasted almonds, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and allspice. Divide the pulp mixture evenly among peach halves. Place stuffed peach halves in a pie plate. Add nectar to pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until peaches are tender. Drizzle peach halves evenly with liquid from pan. Top evenly with yogurt.

These are awesome! They could even be served as a light dessert instead of for breakfast.
