1 1/2 c prepared mincemeat filling
1 t orange peel
1 - 1 1/2 boxes of prepared pie crust
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a muffin tin. Mix the mincemeat with the orange peel. Cut 8 (4") and 8 (3") rounds. Place the 4" rounds in the muffin tins. Fill with mincemeat filling. Add the 3" rounds. Seal edges with a little water. Flute edges. Brush tops with milk and sprinkle a little sugar on the tops. Pierce tops with fork. Bake for 30 minutes or till lightly browned. Cool in pans on wire rack.
