18 oz semisweet chocolate chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 T vanilla
Finely chopped nuts, sprinkles, coconut, cocoa
Melt chips with milk and vanilla. Chill for 2 hours. Roll into 1” balls. Roll balls into coating of choice. Chill 1 hour. Store covered at room temperature.
Time: 4 hours Makes: 6 dozen
I make these every year. You can decorate them to work for any holiday by using the appropriate color of sprinkles or nonpareils.
